Javastock Return Policy
If you find an error with your order or need to return/exchange an item, you must first and immediately notify JavaStock Support via email and we will help find a quick and easy resolution for you. A JavaStock Support Representative will answer any questions regarding the product return/exchange procedure, and will provide you with return information and options for your situation.
We will only accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date of your order. Only unused and unopened, full cases of product are eligible for return. All clearance item sales are final. You will be responsible for shipping the product back to JavaStock and the shipping charges if you have ordered incorrect product, quantity, or refused a shipment without notification within 24 hours of the refusal. Shipping charges from refused shipments will only be credited back if the shipment is refused due to UPS shipping damages or JavaStock error.
Shipping Damage: While it is rare, shipping damage does occur. It is your responsibility to inspect your package upon arrival—look for visible signs of shipping damage such as holes in packaging or water damage. You have the right to refuse delivery if you believe that damage has occurred. You must notify JavaStock Support within 24 hours of receiving merchandise that you believe is damaged. This is required so that we can initiate the claims process with the shipper.
